| A: | Sprint currently offers data service via select Sprint devices in Canada and Mexico. Coverage in additional countries will be rolled out through 2006 and beyond. Coverage within each country will match the footprint of the CDMA roaming partner within that country. See sprint.com for the most up to date list of countries where service is offered and maps of coverage areas within those countries |
| Q: | What do I need in order to use my data services internationally? |
| A: | Customers are not required to add any special services or permissions to their account in order to use this service. However, service is available only on Sprint CDMA devices capable of data roaming. A full list of devices with data roaming capability can be found in the Sprint International Roaming section of Sprint.com. The list will be updated as new devices are added to the Sprint portfolio. (If using a Connection Card) Current version of Connection Manager software installed on their PC before leaving the country in order to access the data network. To ensure the most current software version, user should be advised to go to Connection Manager menu then click on "File" and "Software Update". |
| Q: | How will I be billed for my international data service usage? |
| A: | Charges will vary depending on the amount of data you send and receive. All data services are billed by the kilobyte when you travel internationally. The number of kilobytes you use will vary depending on the size of message or download. Here are some average file sizes to give you an idea what charges you might incur:

| A: | Contact the Sprint International Roaming Team at 1-888-226-7212 for all your service needs when roaming internationally. This care center is available 24 hours a day, seven days. |
| Q: | Can I receive my multimedia and text messages when I travel internationally? |
| A: | You will be able to send and receive both multimedia and text messages while traveling internationally only if you subscribe to a messaging service in the U.S. |
| Q: | Will I be able to wirelessly synchronize my email, contacts, and calendar on my data roaming capable Sprint device when I travel internationally? |
| A: | Yes, if you can access these services when you are in the U.S. and you are traveling in a country that offers Sprint international data service over CDMA, you should be able to wirelessly sync your information. |
| Q: | What data services are available internationally on the Sprint devices? |
| A: | The Sprint devices support email, web browsing, text and multimedia messaging services, and synchronizing one's calendar and contacts in CDMA countries. Mobile Broadband cards allow access to all of the same applications available to you when in the U.S. |
