Sprint is taking extra steps to further protect your personal and account information.

What's changing?

To enhance the protection of your account you'll need to create a 6-10 digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) and select a security question to answer in case you forget your PIN. Learn more about how Sprint protects your account information.

How will I use my PIN?

You'll need your PIN to access your account when calling us or visiting a Sprint retail store. This will better ensure that no one else can access your account without your authorization. You'll also need your PIN the first time you register your account online at Sprint.com – although you won't need it to sign on to your account once you've registered. Instead, you will use your Sprint.com username and password.

How do I create a PIN?

  • If you're already registered at sprint.com, sign on and follow the prompts to create your PIN and security question & answer.
  • If you haven't registered at sprint.com, do so today and we'll walk you through the steps to create a PIN and security question when you register.
