
When you have a Sprint PCS Service Plan, you automatically have access to My PCS, an area of our Web Site that offers quick, easy options for managing your account online. For information on all that you can do, select from the topics below.
To change the address for your account, sign on to My PCS. Select My Personal Information from the left navigation bar, then click Modify under Account Settings.
You can also change your address on your bill. Check the box on the front of the remittance stub on the bottom of the first page of your Sprint PCS Bill, fill out the back of the page, and return with your payment. Your information will be updated shortly after your payment remittance stub is received and before your next invoice is issued.
