Staying Within Your Spending Limit
To stay within your Sprint Spending Limit Program spending limit and manage your account, here are some tips and helpful information:
- As long as your account is current and you don’t go over your limit, you can continue to use your phone.
- Stay within the minutes included in your plan.
- Pay your bill in full as soon as you receive it.
- Be careful not to let recent activity—including downloads, calls, or roaming—cause you to exceed your preset limit.
- The spending limit pertains to your total balance, which includes recent activity (such as downloads, Directory Assistance, and overage) as well as all monthly recurring charges currently due. The spending limit excludes monthly recurring charges and associated taxes that are not yet due.
- If you come close to your limit, please make an additional payment.
- If your account has multiple lines that are active, the total balance for all lines must remain below the limit to avoid an interruption in service. Should your service be interrupted, all lines on your account will be unable to make and/or receive a call until the past-due balance and/or amount over the limit is paid and posted to your account.
- To get an estimate of your total balance, just dial *4 on your Sprint PCS phone, or check right here on www.sprint.com.
The best way to avoid service interruption is to pay your bill in full as soon as your receive it and keep your total balance within the account spending limit.
