Exceeding Your Spending Limit
When you exceed your Sprint Spending Limit Program spending limit, your service becomes unusable until you pay the charges on your account. Here's what will happen if your account balance reaches your account spending limit:
- All calls placed from the account administrator's phone will be redirected to a Sprint Finance Representative.
- Service will be suspended for all phones on your account until your account is current and/or your account balance is below your account spending limit.
