Making Payments
Here are your payment options:
On the web site
- Sign on to My Sprint.
- Select Account Management
- My Invoices & Payments > Payment Options from the left menu, then select one of the following:
- Automatic Payment — Auto-pay your bill each month from your checking account, debit card or credit card.*
- One-time Online Payment — Pay just your current bill. Payments post in about 4 hours.
- Pay via Checkfree® — Set up automatic payments via this Sprint partner.
By phone (two ways)
- Press *3 TALK. A voice-response system will take you through the payment process.
- Or if you have Sprint PCS VisionSM, from your phone's main menu, go to Web (Vision Home page) > My Invoice.
By mail

Other locations
- Sprint Store — Make a payment at your nearest Sprint Store. Transaction fees will apply.
- PCS Automatic Payment Centers — Pay by cash or check at PCS Automatic Payment Centers inside selected Sprint Stores. Payments post to your account within approximately 4 hours. There is no fee for this service.
- Western Union — Find the nearest Western Union location by dialing #WUN from your Sprint PCS phone or calling 1-800-325-6000 from any phone. Payments post to your account within approximately 4 hours and will incur a transaction fee.
- RadioShack — Call your local RadioShack to ensure that the location accepts bill and/or deposit payments. Payments post to your account within approximately 4 hours and will incur a transaction fee.
*Sprint Spending Limit Program customers may not be able to use Automatic Payment.
